RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
USED Items cannot be returned - Please contact us as we may be able to help re-sell for you.
BRAND NEW Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of item, less a restocking charge (up to 30% - in most cases there is no charge at all, but unfortunately we've had some returns where items have clearly been used).
Damaged or Missing Parts will be chargeable.
Multipack or bulk-discount items must be returned in their entirety, otherwise refund will reflect full value of retained items.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item to us.
Exchanges - if you ordered the wrong size/colour/style, we will exchange provided it is returned to us in un-used condition. Postage for the replacement item may be chargeable.
Please note: our items are classed as 'made to order' and therefore we are not obliged to accept returns due to change of mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, the cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order (standard or overseas postage) and 12 hours of order (first class/next day delivery) - an email with your Order Number and full name and address must be emailed to performance.vet.physio@gmail.com
A cancellation fee of £5 will be charged for all cancelled orders; this is to cover the processing fees we are charged when you cancel an order.
